::Went with these guys on one of their trips, My wife struggled to climb aboard with no help from the organisers - they could have bought the boat closer as she is not very tall, and then I too struggled for the same reason - and I heard the whispered laugh - another one. If my wife and son (who was given a too small life jacket) hadn't already been on board I would have walked away - specialists in humiliating their guests.
