::I order sam flowers to be delivered after 3 days and delivery wasnt made !! When i ask them why ? They just set that they didnt make any delivery on day before 😡 and when i ask them why i didnt been called they set aaaa we didn't work yesterday .... sooo this is very bad business !!!!

::A beautiful bouquet delivered for my sister's birthday. When I called as I was concerned about the timing (I had requested morning as we were going out for lunch) I was told that the gerberas were still waiting delivery. The lovely lady on the phone then suggested the flowers could be delivered directly to the restaurant ... problem solved! The impact of their arrival, at the specified time, was perfect! Thank you.
