  This place shows what a Michelin star is all about. We had the prestige tasting menu - every course was an adventure into food, produced by a chef at the top of his game. It might seem expensive, but if you want to taste a little bit of heaven I suggest you try it now.

  Fabulous hotel. Very friendly staff and we paid for the continental breakfast in advance. It was lovely. My OH also paid on top for full English on 2 occasions and was very impressed. Today Easter Sunday, there were creme eggs and chocolate Lindt eggs for everyone, plus all the children were given a hand decorated Easter egg individually wrapped. The location is great for exploring St Helier. All in all a great hotel and excellent value. P.s a lovely surprise a turn down service with complimentary shortbread and iced water every evening. 10 out of 10.

  We have eaten at a number or Michelin Star Restaurantes in the UK and France and we purposely book our trips around a good tasting menu. To say this restaurant has only just launched this new menu, myself and my wife were very impressed. The standard of food and speed of service was extremely good and would recommend to anyone.

  It's was just brilliant New Year Eve Dinner Ужин длился около 4 часов и состоял из многих блюд и шефу каждый раз удавалось нас удивить Всё и обслуживание (спасибо Валерия) и еда были на лучшем уровне, а какая винная карта... ну очень большой выбор
