  Bog standard Cineworld box and provides the usual fare of overpriced food and drink. The cinemas are clean and well maintained. They are woefully undermanned which means if there is a problem in a screening there is never anyone near by to speak to. Could be worse and could be better.

  Quality cinema but I don't get why we don't get big comfy seats like the UK since there is only one cinema here. But the cinema is clean and tidy also friendly staff

  I have a Cineworld Unlimited card so visit on an almost weekly basis. Staff are always polite and helpful. There are 10 screens of varying capacity and I can recall having ever had any issue with cleanliness in the screens. Two improvement points for this Cineworld would be 1) Cleanliness of the main gents toilets (in the main corridor of screen entrances) and 2) a clearer queuing system e.g. One centralised line to serve all of the tills.

  If you collect your tickets from the machine you still have to endure the long queues to get food / drinks. Lights left on during the films are FAR too bright, often leave with a headache from trying to focus - management state it’s for Health & Safety reasons but they distract enormously from the film. Not a great experience but unfortunately no other options in Jersey.

  There is no pool in this cinema as stated on a review , probably confused with a nearby facility. La La Land ! very enjoyable movie, musical with a story which has won a 2017 Bafta for best film , with 5 Awards. The movies on the big screen and the soundtracks give the ultimate in viewing pleasure. The friendly smiles of the staff who will give advice on a movie makes the experience a good one .Food and drinks have a discount for unlimited card holders. The 10 screen cinema ensures that there is generally a movie showing to suit individual tastes.If you have a family ask for discount details.In the VIP room there are tables to put your snacks and drinks on, the adjustment volume of the speakers is by the door.Upstairs bar and pool table via lift or stairs also toilets upstairs and on the ground floor . Available outside seating area on warm evenings to enjoy a drink which has discounts for an unlimited card holder.
