::Writing this with a heavy heart because it was my favorite shop before ,and i never write bad review, but i am pissed off for a week now so its time. I gave 2 stars JUST because of the STAFF who works there ,they are the most helpful and kind staff ever. And now the truth; The idea to reorganise a whole shop ,and confuse people,what you get use to before is the stupidest thing ever ,im sorry. Its not just me ,everyone i see there every day is just wondering around pointlessly finding the products.. Me for example i write my list at home the way i went before and knew where is the products. If the point was to buy more stuff because you just walk around,is not working⦠Me personally just get pissed off,never finish my list,either,because the stuff is not there anymore or just give up and leave soon as possible. Other thing,..i am not portugese or polish but i loved that self in there ,it was quality products i used everyday,and now its gone.. So much stuff missing what was there before and i used every week,i spent there a lot of money before ,as a chef i love cooking everyday at home as well,but unfortunately i have to find another shop now with great sadness :/ I hope whoever idea was this gonna see how its not working out for anyone. Really sad way to ruin our favorite shop :/

::Easy access for all fairly well stocked, if you need a full shop or a quick snack also a well stocked wine selection, BUT it may take some time to exit due to queues at checkout. Checkout still no improvement just 1 member of staff on the till so I use the self check out only to fine my shopping needs a staff member to authorise it, mean while the 6 people at the till that was staffed get served before I get my shopping cleared from the single staff member grrrrrr.

::Tried topping up and my phone got locked, the supervisor and her team member were really helpful in getting customer service of the telecom company to unlock my phone and have the top up added. I appreciate this so much.

::It's a decent size store but the problem is the staffing levels as you will end up waiting whether you use the self checkout or normal checkout as they never have anyone supervising the self checkouts meaning you have to wait ages for an override of purchasing alcohol. Even at 5pm on a weekday it's the same issue. Staff seem reluctant to press the bell for assistance until the queue is very long.
