  A big thanks to all at Columbia Estates in Jersey for arranging my new flat in time for Christmas and new Year! I was hoping to rent a flat in the centre of St Helier on a short term basis as i had recently been forced to move out of my old one in time for Christmas here in Grouville so I rang frantically around all the estate agetns in St Helier and Columbia had just the property I needed. I understand I can only rent the flat for a short term basis but if they are as quick as sorting out any problems which I might have then Ill be a happy tenant here i think. Thanks again all at Columbia Estates for finding me a home in time for Christmas! Great Service A++

  Columbia Estates hooked me up with a long term rented flat in the centre of st helier when my office relocated me to Jersey last month, I am commuting between the UK and wanted a place that was safe for a woman on her own and Angela from Columbia did alot to find me a flat in St Helier which was to my liking and criteria. My office paid to move my stuff out but I wasnt going to be in Jersey to receive it so one of Columbias Estate Agents saw fit to open up the flat so the removal company could gain access and they locked up too so I couldnt ask for more. Thanks for all your help guys, im looking forward to enjoying Jersey and all it has to offer now. Hannah
