::Long lines for the tills. Bad layout. Some of the female staff are rude, roll their eyes at customers. Feel like you are in the way when they are stocking the shelves. They laughed at a customer infront of me as they walked out today so felt I had to write this comment.

::Great selection of product and the staff are always friendly and happy to help. The parking can be a nightmare when the store is busy. The spaces are far too small for modern vehicles.

::Store is in a great location and provides great facilities - my only reason for not marking Co-op En Route Trinity higher marks is the checkout process which means there is regularly a long line of customers waiting to pay. The flow of customers waiting to pay would be greatly improved if a number (3) of self-service checkouts were deployed together with an option to be served when paying etc.
