  Me and my partner used this local shop on our holiday to Jersey in late April a handful of times. There was one member of staff in particular who was very helpful and friendly. I didn't catch her name, and it's frusting me because she deserves to get the approval and recognition she deserves. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she remembered us when we came back in the day before we left when we asked for a Jersey £1 note. She made the whole experience shopping there a overall great experience and when we come back to Jersey we will be using that shop again.

  This is my local shop. The staff are all lovely and friendly and there is usually a very good selection of fresh produce to suit most tastes. It's probably more expensive than other supermarkets but then there is the rewards dividend!

  Staff are always friendly, parking outside the Co op is limited, but there is more parking accross the road.

  Rude service (different staff on two different occasions told me how terrible it was working at co-op) and on 3 occasions I have turned up at 7:50pm, 7:45pm and even 7:40pm and I was told I couldn't enter the shop because it was "nearly 8pm". On the sign, closing time says 8pm so you should be allowed into the shop until that time. Bad service.

  Always helpful staff. Helped me find the vegan food. Took time out to show me where things were. I then couldn't find the black pepper. They once again helped me find what I needed. Then I was surprised at the great price my shopping cost. My only gripe was I had and need a walking stick. The Lady who served me just watched me struggle bagging my shopping up. While doing nothing. I don't know how to use the self service tills so I always go to a manned counter.
