::Really poor coffee, had a skinny latte like I always do at Costa and this is the worst one I have had. No care was taken when it was being made, it tastes burnt. Me and my mum shared a drink and she thought the exact same regarding the taste. Lots of seating inside and out. Lots of food choices. There are plug sockets. There is also a toilet

::Costa coffee is always great. Most of the time is busy, luckily it was a free table so I enjoyed my flat white in a cozy and warm place

::Reasonably clean with some comfy couch type seating but generally this place is cramped and service is just alright. Not to mention Costa is overpriced anyway and while it's snacks are pretty the good the drinks are nothing special. There are plenty of places to get a better hot chocolate on the island. That said, its in a very good location on the high street that's nice and close to many of the shops

::Costa is one of the best coffee places but today Kanya at Queen Street took 15 minutes to serve 3 drinks the last being worse than the other, couldn't serve in the right order of people, walked off halfway through to wipe tables and had no idea of customer service. Exceptionally disappointing and I won't go back again.
