  I have never left a negative review before but unfortunately I went home and just had to. Well what can I say? Flowers looked lovely...customer service...diabolical. The first florist I walked into to talk "wedding". As I had no appointment I was happy to be patient as another couple discussed their wedding plans. It seemed a lot of energy and excitement went into the conversation and this made me think I was definitely in the right place. Well, I think any sales skills she may have possessed had dissipated by the time I was served. Not at all welcoming and barely a smile on her face, I felt as if I was in the way and generally someone she did not have time for. I did ask if I would be better coming back and I was told a specific timeframe with no flexibility offered. Correct me if I'm wrong, but surely what the bride wants and is willing to pay for, she gets? Not here. My ideas were shot down, insulted, laughed at and basically ridiculed. I should make the point that I was talking about 'traditional' wedding ideas i.e. Chair backs, centrepieces (the little touches). Do not request chair backs unless you want to be laughed out the shop! I was never asked for my details which I thought again was slightly odd. I was referred to Facebook which I am not on. Having spent many years in the sales industry and prioritising the 'customer' both in the UK and overseas, I understand the importance of creating good relationships with your potential clients. It is not always relevant as a salesperson to give 'your' opinion when not asked and it is certainly not professional to laugh in the face of your customer when they are describing one of the most important days of their lives. Thankfully I have since managed to find an amazing florist who is accommodating, friendly and who is overall professional, something which despite previous positive reviews, I unfortunately did not experience. This is not to say the flowers looked gorgeous, they did. The portfolio looks amazing and I can see why so many people were happy with the results, they truly look stunning. This review is purely based on the lack of good customer service skills that I experienced on my visit. I will not be returning which given the high volume of customers already, I am sure will not be detrimental. However, new business is still important and should be valued.

  I phoned up for some flowers to be delivered for my friends birthday, she showed me a photo of what had arrived and it was a beautiful bouquet. I was really happy with the condition and choice of flowers that had been used. Rest assured you can leave the decision making in the very capable hands of this florist, a fantastic and friendly service.
