  For the facilities...I'd offer ZERO, but that's not possible. Freezing cold here, no cafe, no working coffee machine, horrible place to wait for the ferries. However, there was one, young French security lady with dark hair, who was amazingly friendly and helpful...and if I could vote for her...she'd get 5*. Not recommended...but what other choices are there?

  Rude & ignorant customs officials. Note "transiting" via Jersey means disembarking, driving a few metres to join the back of a queue and technically "entering" Jersey. They would seem to target transit passengers.

  Mediocre but clean facilities. No real food service available, small modern concession 'terminal' sells hot & cold drinks and light snacks. Newsagent. Euro car and that's about it. Not a great place to be delayed.
