  I would definitely recommend Fitness First I am delighted with the professional service by the wonderful staff. It is by far the most highly maintained and hygienic gym in Jersey.

  I am a frequent visitor. The equipment is normally well maintained and the gym is very clean. There are few people when I go off peak. The changing rooms have recently been refurbished.

  Music is same most days thats when you can hear it very low .music shouild be pumping out . Decline bench ? Still waiting .
