  Not a boutique hotel but that would spoil it. It is spotlessly clean. Rooms are spacious. A fridge might help. The staff are all extremely helpful. Good to meet Felix and Kip. I would recommend and return

  No parking of any kind. Mile walk from multistory car park or on street parking if you're very lucky. Grubby corridors and rooms, very basic breakfast poorly prepared and kept warm in a buffet style like a motorway service area from the 1970s. Buffet cleared by the staff the moment the end time was reached and little/no new food added to the buffet for the last 40 minutes of the sitting. Coffee undrinkable. Staff appear to be Eastern European. Many staff speak little or no English. Rooms over warm, several lights not working. All recent investment has gone into the exterior and entrance, which mislead the onlooker into believing the hotel is far better than it is.
