Nice rooms with lovely views Great breakfast choice Will return definitely Unfortunately problem with overcharging me when we first arrived,which was a mistake admitted by Hotel and was sorted out eventually but did put a blight on our stay:( But we enjoyed our stay despite this issue. ::From the start to finish of our stay at the Grand we were treated like royalty. The concierge and front desk desk couldn’t have done enough to help us & we even got gifts as it was our honeymoon. Something which every restaurant they booked us for noted & we got champagne everywhere we went!

::Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff. Spacious luxurious rooms. The location of the hotel is on a quite busy road. The food served (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner) is not on a par with the rooms and friendliness of the staff, there is room for improvement there. Good wine and beverage selection. Overall one of the better hotels to stay at.

::Amazing place and staff. All staff friendly and very helpful especially Vinny! Loved the breakfasts. Room was so comfortable with a fantastic sea view. Thank you for making our holiday special. We had a small technical hitch concerning rooms but this was rectified without any fuss.

::At the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, the staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Upon our arrival, they warmly greeted us and assisted with settling into our room. Since it was our anniversary, we received a complimentary upgrade and delightful treats in our room. The food at the hotel is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. The spa facilities are meticulously maintained and never overcrowded. After a day of exploring Jersey, returning to this welcoming and cozy hotel made all the difference. The entire staff is genuinely lovely and always willing to make guests feel comfortable.
