  We Really enjoyed our break here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Food was well presented, piping hot and were excellent. Nice for a special occasion.

  Lovely hotel with friendly staff and tasty food. Our room was amazing, really clean and tidy, great features - perfect to come back to for a tea and coffee. Stayed in the Killiecrankie which has bedroom, lounge area, and bathroom. The pool was warm even in October. The included breakfast will keep you going until dinner time no problem! Continental as you like from buffet and then one of the cooked options.

  This is my sanctuary. I have been there many times. This was the first time since covid. Things have changed. The hotel has new owners and new wait staff. But same on-site management. The staff was nowhere as attentive as in previous years. But the managers corrected everything immediately. The menu is no longer an adventure that changes every night. Now, just the same every day. Nothing bad but not as exciting as before. There were times when things were missing from the order. And the salt grinders did not work or had very little salt in them. Rooms are excellent. The atmosphere was excellent.

  This is a lovely and very friendly place to stay. We received a warm welcome when we first arrived after an early morning flight and were invited to have breakfast in the dining room which we gratefully accepted. Reception told us our room wasn't ready but had asked housekeeping to prioritise our room, by midday we were told our room was available, normal check in time is 3:00 pm so we were very grateful to all who got us into our room so early. We had booked a superior garden room which was very spacious and well appointed. The hotel is extremely comfortable both inside and out. We ate in the restaurant every night and most days had lunch in the bar. The food was of the highest quality, it was hard but enjoyable choosing from the menu. Lastly a big thank you to all the staff who helped make our holiday so enjoyable, everybody was very friendly but also professional.
