  I like my doctor and I like health + and up until today I would have giving them a 5* rating. That is before I called to see if my prescription was ready, I have always been happy to make this call in the knowledge that after waiting a short time in the queuing system I would get a nice friendly and helpful human response at the other end. This time however the queuing went from No 3---------be patient---------be patient,------------to No2------be patient ect ect---------------------- and then great I am No1, In total some 20mins had elapsed when I was rewarded for my patients, not with a helpful human voice but by a machine, It informed me that I was being cut of and to redial, With some frustration I did just that, I was then informed that I was No 3 on the waiting list. All in all it took me just over 1/2 an hour to get through. I understand and I am 100 sympathetic with the reasons given that there is priority emergencies, but my frustration was not with the wait but with the fact that I was cut of after being a dutiful patient patient. I have always excepted my doctors diagnosis, I hope that this time Health+ can except mine.
