  I have to only give this company 2 Stars with the experience I've had with them. I never had to claim the entire time I was with them, so I can't speak of what they are like when it REALLY counts. Hepburns are partnered with Leaders property management and you are basically required to take out house and contents insurance with them when you rent a property managed by them. The insurance was £20 a month. For the first 4-5 months I was charged twice every month, and had to email them to let them know, each time I was promised it wont happen again, but then it did. Now I have left the property 3 months ago, I'm still getting charged. Same thing again: Apologies, it wont happen again etc. I swear if I wasn't looking at my bank account every day i'd have been swindled.
