    2 Fuchia hanging baskets received safely today, 20/6/2018. Ordered 11/6/2018/. Rang to ask about delivery at the beg. of week (mon) and was told next week so came earlier than expected. Plants look fine to me, nice and green, no broken stems or leaves all in tact, will have to see how they settle in over the next week or so. Also received a free plant Hydrator in each basket to help with watering the roots of the plants.

    Ordered plants, they didn't arrive. All attempts to contact them via their online form failed. Eventually got through by phone to be told they hadn't grown them yet. Waited over a month, phoned to cancel as I was going on holiday the following week. Was told I couldn't cancel as they'd already been dispatched but would definitely arrive before I went away. They didn't. This is a scam company, operating illegally by taking your money for products they don't have. Don't be fooled.

    I am absolutely disgusted with this company, I have placed an order 9 items, I have ordered jumbo plants and they have arrived half dead and no bigger than my thumb. Iā€™m still waiting on several items to be delivered after placing my order in April, no response to my emails I have sent and no one will answer the phone. I want a refund on some of my items but I guess I have more chance of finding Bigfoot. Do not use this company they are appalling

    What useless customer service, My elderly mother ordered plants on 23rd April, the cheque was cashed on the 30th April. No plants delivered. My mother phoned and was told the order had been "not processed" and would be rectified straight away. It is now JUNE 1ST and guess what NO PLANTS. I e-mailed on Monday and not had a reply or phone call all week. NOT IMPRESSED!!. Will be contacting citizens advice next week. I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR OTHERWISE I COULD NOT POST

    Shocking customer service, two weeks to reply to first online query about my order. Nearly two months after placing the order, still no delivery. Never answer the phone. Definitely won't be back.
