::We took our kids & grandkids here for a half term break. Despite the weather not being that great the facilities easily make up for it. Plenty of really great activities for kids & adults alike. Indoor and outdoor pools were also very good. The restaurant is superb and the service staff are really friendly and patient. It is near the airport but the apartments we had were very sound proof and there are no night flights. I definitely recommend this place for extended families.

::Had a great stay here on our summer holiday to Jersey. Room was great, staff were really friendly and the restaurant was excellent. Jump jersey is a must. 5* all round, would recommend!

::Couldn’t have asked for a better campsite to take our two young children. They both had an amazing holiday. The activities to do on site were great and all reasonably priced. Hope to come back soon.

::Came to Jersey to visit family. Les Ormes is in a great location, although we had a car we often used the bus. The lodge was great - clean and had everything we needed. We brought our dog and it was great for her too although we couldn't take her into the bar area which was a shame. Although we didn't use the facilities there looked like lots of things to keep the children entertained. It is very close to the airport and you do hear the planes but they are not that frequent and certainly didn't spoil our experience. Would definitely recommend.

::We never actually had our stay at this venue..but read on as the customer service received has been horrendous. To provide some context - my wonderfully generous client booked this trip for me and my family as an annual bonus. The day before we were due to travel we received devastating news! My youngest brother who lives in Sydney was in a terrible accident and was in a critical condition - which meant I had to travel to Australia pretty quickly. We immediately contacted the venue and told them about the situation - but due to their cancellation policy we would be charged full price. Due to shock in the moment I just accepted this - fast forward to a few months later we decided to try and put a claim in through our travel insurance to get some of the money back to repay my client. After requesting proof of a "No Show" with the venue we were informed that due to their internal systems they could not confirm - despite the phone call received and speaking to their reservations team. We have corresponded with them for weeks - further explained the situation - pleaded with them to please help us find a resolution to this horrendous situation. Every response received was cold and stating policy/ internal procedures at us. And as I write this review today we are currently being ignored with no response to our complaint sent over a week ago. So I'm sure this venue is luxurious with beautiful surroundings - but if anything bad should happen to you before or during your trip I wouldn't expect any empathy from the staff here. I am completely baffled as to how they could not show any humanity and work with us to find a resolution that would help us - yet they were quite happy to take our money for a holiday we couldn't enjoy.
