  I have such praise for the brilliant staff Sonya and Erica they were so lovely to me during a bad moment Professional and efficient,I found it was a heartwarming experience nant they are an Asset to Lloyds bank St.Helier I was most impressed !

  I coudn't agree more than with Brian Mansfield! I live overseas and waste hours on international calls trying to get anything done with this bank. The emails bounce back...Totally frustrating and time wasting. I have been a client for 30 years and the service has deteriorated beyond belief. We used to have a personal contact...where did they go!

  LloydsJersey are impossible to do Business with. You cannot contact them by Phone the number shown on the web site is unobtainable. They were unable to arrange an internal transfer even after spending hour and a half with them 3 days later and a further hour and half on the phone with Telephone banking the transfer has still not occured Who is this Bank?

  The bank is ridiculously poorly timed with its opening times. It closes at 5 on a week day and closes at 12:30 on a Saturday. It's closed on a Saturday. However, the staff operate on a rota to work Saturdays and don't get payed for it. Yet still are some of the friendliest most helpful staff in Jersey. It's an absolute breath of fresh air!
