  Rude, unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Won't even say why they won't let me open an account. Phone and email contacts are rude and send you in circles. AVOID! Use Wise instead.

  I have just had a frustrating call to the call centre as I was getting a message that my password was incorrect. I tried to reset it on line but it then told me the 4 digit code I had entered was incorrect so I phoned in. I got a chap called Daniel who firstly had an accent that I battled to understand and secondly spoke so fast that I could not follow him and could not understand what numbers he was asking for. When I asked for details he got very terse and could not explain where I would get the numbers. I frustratedly told him that told him I was not understanding what he wanted and he told me if I was rude he would hang up. So I hung up. I do not need poor customer service from a bank. BUT out of desperation I called again and got absolutely wonderful service from Jan who was most patient and she took me through all the steps to get everything successfully reset. I change the 1 star t a 5 star based on her excellent service.

  Lousy service. I would close the account except pensions are paid into it and the transfer process would be very complicated

  Very disappointed that such a reputable bank would give such poor service and not be honest in their dealings.
