Great service from the friendly and helpful staff. My family had a lovely stay and the food was very good.

This is one of Jersey’s best lower budget hotels. Harve Des Pas has great places to eat, both in the 'Dockyard' on the ground floor and nearby. If you like sunrises on the seafront, this a great little place ;)

Road side cafe style breakfast. The breakfast menu is dated and the food and coffee were average. The service ranged from very good and friendly to very poor and rude. They allow people to smoke next to the entrance which is off putting when you're trying to eat. A menu update is much needed and some service training for some of the staff.

My colleagues and myself stayed here, although, 10 yrs ago, we stayed for the month of January. Mark the manager and the staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly, meals were awesome, great location at the sea front. I would recommend this hotel and staff to anyone.

If you don’t want to sleep, stay here! The hotel that advertises itself as a quaint and quiet seafront hotel is everything but quiet! They host private parties on their first floor “club” with the smoking area being outside facing the sea. They also have a bar, that’s open until 1AM (all the other pubs close at 11pm). The access to the corridors/room area is not secured or locked which means that anyone from the outside can come up the floors and walk around. When we complained the second night as the music was bursting again, the manager said he never received a complaint and that we should deal with it. When mentioning the elder lady who shouted from her window the evening before, the manager changed his version and said that he did receive two complaints the night before. They make you pay a premium (300£ for two nights!!) to be on the “quiet” side but this is worse than getting car noises from the street. I would truly never recommend this hotel to anyone. We’ve stayed in hostels better than that for a tenth of the price. I feel very sorry for the staff that work very hard to make people feel welcome. Management’s decisions is ruining their work. Avoid this place! It deserves 0 stars
