  Limited sizes of clothing available so you have to order online for larger sizes. Staff in mens clothing were not particularly helpful and were in fact miserable. Spent almost £500 on mens clothing and got the feeling some customers were not particularly welcome.

  The king Street branch today in the men's department. Blond haired male on the counter, didn't get his name. Very rude and totally not interested in his job. He almost threw the trousers at us after we had paid. Not even 1 star for this person who clearly does not want to be there. First time ever I have experienced such bad service in M&S.

  M&S are currently promoting ABC one of our local breast cancer charities. I have had breast cancer, I was in the store today and saw the advertisement inviting ladies to have a bra fitting. I asked for one but was told that I would have to book an appointment. I tried various sizes on until I found the right size. I then chose a breast form only to be told at the till that it could not be returned if it was the wrong size. Well done M&S!!!

  two pure cotton Oxford shirts (mens)material nice and thick,so Good quality also fit true to size.

  Food hall .. Lots of choices, shame the staff were quite rude. As soon as she saw we were trying to scan our sparks card (I had only raised it once) (which can be used mainland England) she just took over what we were doing on self checkout, made us very uncomfortable, after paying you go past a lot of food items to get out. I looked at one thing and her and other staff were giving us looks like we were about to steal something. There are a lot of items for takeaway for picnics etc yet there is no cutlery out for customers to grab, there is only a little pot behind the till which they also seemed disgruntled in giving to us. Won't be returning to this branch again
