    Since sorted out well - thanks - 1 star back to 5 stars! I get told to close my account within 2 weeks - no explanation as to why and not able to contact anyone, Luckily was able to move my savings out (A substantial sum!) - a few years later another family members account blocked for no reason and when we phone in we are told that they are not allowed to tell us why the account is blocked and they wont unblock it! I banked all over the world and this lot is the worst - Seriously banks in DRC and CAR are better than this lot!

    More like a coffee bar than a Bank , no privacy for conversations , only open during the days and hours that I actually work, therefore depriving me of physically banking real money , as not everyone does everything digitally

    Had EXACTLY the same experience as Roberto Giovannetti.. Also cannot access my account as my card expired and I never received a new one. Been writing, emailing, calling etc. for years and NOW they tell me that my account "has been closed" "because there was no activity"? Well if I can't access it, how can there be any activity?. Promised 3 weeks ago that by Craig "a person from the account closure department will call me back". Still waiting? Called again today, same promise from Nichola... Not holding my breath. Now they have MY money and I can't access it.. What to do now?? Round and round in circles.

    FRUSTRATED: I had attempted to update my address and contact data since 2020 without success. I have sent all the information required, notarized a few times but the people responsible have failed to update the data in the system. I have forwarded the same info to 6 people already during the course of two years and they keep leaving the company and others apologizing for the failures but can not get things done and my problems sorted. Now, my card has expired, I do no longer have access to the website, can not make payments to UK Tax authorities or Mortgage. I do not know what to do. HELP SOMEONE> MORE FRUSTRATING EXPERINCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!

    Lost card replacement requested for my father not received after one month, father went into bank and they said they would call him but never did. Tried online msg and calling but usual “high volume of calls being experienced’” which is the WFH norm. Got thru but repetitive your call has been put on hold please hold the line ladies voice on repeat….
