  Just under 3 weeks ago my young friend attended an interview at this bank, smartly dressed- on time - extremely keen for the job. He said the interview went well and then awaited for news on the position. Weeks passed and when the recruitment agency chased up the bank for an answer it was a no, they had employed someone more suitable. This is of course fine however to put all that effort in and not even get a courtesy email or call to let him know is abysmal. When I was managing a small company I couldn’t have imagined not letting someone know the answer and having them holding on to false hope for weeks.

  I've spent the best part of 5 years trying to remove myself from a club account as I am not part of the club and don't live in Jersey. 6 weeks ago I went into the branch with the other party and sorted it all out... But guess what, I'm still on the accounts 🤦‍♂️. Come on NatWest this is just ridiculous!
