  I was on holiday in Jersey and unfortunately needed emergency dental treatment. I chose New Era dental as they were close to my hotel and I’m glad I did! The service and treatment I received was first class and the surgery is very modern. Jacques took the time to carefully explain the problem I had and the treatment I would I need. Even though I had booked the appointment at short notice the treatment never felt rushed or hurried. I am puzzled by the earlier review who made a critical and personal comment. Completely unwarranted in my view, Jacques came across as a genuine, caring health professional. My only disappointment is that I don’t live nearer as I would change my dentist to Jacques without hesitation.

  I have the worst fear of the dentist, but this man is really lovely. Always puts me at ease and makes me feel a lot better.. I also think he's a brilliant dentist and it's just an overall lovely place. The assistants are always great too and reassuring. I'll never go to another dentist again.

  Jacques has been my dentist for more than 20 years and I have always been pleased with the service that he has given me. On the only occasion that I have wanted to visit at short notice he started early so that he could make time to see me.

  I don't trust him. Changed dentist best thing I did.
