  Elegant hotel, neat and cozy rooms, quite large for a standard size, friendly staff, has a beach friend view, 10 mins walk to the centre and liberty bus station, in a quite locality, next to the Aqua dome and Cine world. Great outside bar , parking spots available though it's limited to 80 and is given first come first serve basis. Overall a fantastic experience, worth for the price paid :)

  Upmarket hotel in great location. The outside bar is great on a sunny day. The restaurant is fine to eat in but it isn’t too far to walk into town to eat there as well. If you are booking a room here, I would recommend paying extra to get a sea view. Much better than looking at the town but it does cost extra

  Great hotel. Easy access for wheelchair users. friendly staff. Food not as great as you would expect. But a good place to spend time with friends for a party

  Visited in Feb so not too busy! Lovely room. The meal at the hotel was top class. Breakfast great every day. Very good service too! Couldn't park one day as a conference was being held at the hotel but the staff were helpfull and allowed us to use a disabled space while it was busy. ( there 4 other disabled bays unoccupied)

  Efficient, smart and clean with good service. Great location for St Helier, next to the bars and restaurants on the waterfront plus easy walking distance into town. Ideal for group bookings. Unfortunately my stay was mired by a knackered/worn mattress. Why would a hotel like this fail to check the state of their mattresses? I went to bed late and wasn't in the mood to disrupt everyone including my room mate. Tried to explain the following morning and there was a look of disbelief and no offer of compensation.
