  very disappointed of my eyebrow threading experience there. The staff was not competent to do the threading job and had to use tweezers to plug the some hairs. After I explained I didn't like the feeling of cold mental on my skin and it was rather painful. The staff said she could not do anything with it but use the tweezers!
