  Unfortunately you cannot rely on your order being completed within the time that is quoted. It's understandable that a reasonably large order will take longer than usual during extremely busy periods but when you are told that your order will be ready in half an hour to forty-five minutes you expect it to be ready in that time... You don't expect to be waiting for over and hour and a half with zero explanation. This would be fine if the end result was a sublime and exquisite delight to your taste buds... It's not. A bacon roll is a pretty standard bacon roll with nothing special. The wait is not worth it.
