  Even though the decor needs attention and it's out of central St Hellier, Talana Hotel has attentive members of staff one of them being their Manager Mr Phillip Figure. His professionalism and humility stood out. As someone who has stayed in 5 Star hotels like The Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile and The Grove, it's not only being posh that sales the place but good service. So Thank you so much Mr Phillip Figure for your wonderful and professional service.

  Great management team. Dee and James were so kind and helpful to me. Breakfast fab-thanks James. Good little bar. Although there was a bus stop close by I should have stayed in the middle of the town because of my mobility restrictions. My problem!! Dee helped me in every way she could. Would definitely recommend. 👍

  We have just returned from our 4 day break. Talana is very dated but 10/10 for friendliness and Cleanliness and hospitality. Great team, great breakfast and beds were really comfy. Easy accessible for buses or walking into St Helier Special mention to Natasha. Keep the great work up team Talana...

  We had a great stay at the Talana! Although the hotel is very outdated the cleaning team do a great job keeping it as clean as possible. John the bar man is great, very friendly, full of local knowledge and always has a laugh with you. Don't listen to all the negative reviews about breakfast although they won't substitute certain items they will happily remove what you don't want and give a little bit extra of something else.

  As always a fantastic stay!! Welcomed by lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble for James and Dee. We have been traveling to Jersey on and off for 30 years and this is always been the best hotel for comfort , location and affordability. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Xx
