  Probably one of the finest small luxury hotels around. The food is simply exquisite and the staff professional and so courteous. This is fine dining at it's very best. A world beater. Just been again to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. As it was our 25th wedding anniversary we decided to book The Tasting Room. We've been to the Ocean restaurant few times and heard about the tasting room and we've been waiting for a special occasion such as this. We certainly weren't disappointed from the minute we arrived until we left 5 hours later! We can honestly say that it was one of the most outstanding culinary experiences that we ever had. Every course was explained to us with such enthusiasm and in a relaxed and friendly way by Kamilla. The executive chef Will Holland even came out and greeted us and explained the intricacies of the dishes that we had been eating. The menu design by Will uses the best ingredients that Jersey has to offer in such a creative way. The attention to detail and preparation that went into that meal was outstanding, it's a credit to the kitchen and the hotel. We opted to have the recommended wine selections for each of the courses and again these were perfectly introduced by Steven our Sommelier. This is fine dining at its very best, well worth the experience. Highly recommended. Thankyou everyone, you really made us feel special and made it a day to remember.

  Excellent - we often go to Jersey but hadn’t tried the Atlantic before. Very good & superb location.
