::Great service from the staff. Some of the rooms are having a bit of flooring noise issues. But still lovely with warm welcome .

::We had our wedding reception at the hotel and loved every moment. The organisation of our event was easy and the hotel accommodated to all our needs. The function room itself was perfect, the size allowed us to fit all we wanted. We had bands, casino tables, photo booth and still had plenty of space for tables, seating and buffet. All the staff were friendly and helpful through the event and also during our stay. We stayed for 2-nights in one of the hotels suites which was clean and spacious, with a large outside terrace to enjoy in the sun. The hotel was very kind and had left a card and a bottle of fizz for our arrival. We enjoyed a tasty buffet breakfast and took advantage of their sister hotels pool and steam room facilities which were located just up the road.

::Just had a great 4 night's break here with my family. We had the full breakfast option with our room, which was excellent. Plenty of choice with the buffet, my Autistic son William really liked his hash browns and fresh pastries. My parents had the evening meal which was really nice. The staff are all amazing people and so helpful, Ideal location for st helier. Will be recommending to family and friends. See you next time and thanks for a great holiday.

::I cannot comment on the facilities for staying guests. We have been staying at a neighbouring hotel and visited the Best Western for a Meal on 2 occasions while here. The first night the meal was delicious and I couldn’t have faulted it at all. However, on the second evening the experience was a little bit more disappointing. We had ordered starters before our meals as we had had a long day sightseeing. The waiter then brought the main courses at the same time as the starters which we have never experienced anywhere before so we asked him to take them away until we had finished our starters. Therefore by the time we received the main meals the quality wasn’t great at all. We thought they’d have maybe prepared a fresh meal but instead the meals were just kept warm so by the time my fish and chips appeared it was very crispy and well done. The tartare sauce was actually hot which is something I’ve never experienced before. My mum had the chicken schnitzel which she did enjoy however like mine because it was kept in a heater it was quite well done and not as enjoyable as the previous night. For a reputable hotel such as the Best Western we were surprised at this experience but I wouldn’t let it put anyone off visiting as it was perhaps only a one off. As I say the first night we went for our dinner the Sunday Roast was delicious.

::This is a great hotel 10 min walk from main shopping area and 15 mins to bus station. Staff are super efficient and exemplary, very polite. Stayed bed and breakfast only and restaurant in the morning was run brilliantly, a well oiled machine. Ate in the bar 3 times, twice for Sunday roast and once for bar meal. Food is lovely, well cooked and served beautifully. Only £16.95 for a superb Sunday roast and average price around £14-£15 for amazing bar meals. Staff would do anything for you. Can't fault it in any way. We upgraded to a room with a terrace which was well worth it. Would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel.
