  Just returned from a short break staying at this hotel. Service and staff very good. Nice indoor/outdoor pool, also jacuzzi. Very clean throughout and nice decor. Lovely breakfasts. Bus stops outside hotel, very handy as taxis expensive. Only downside were the beds - great if you like a very firm mattress, but I prefer something more comfy. No air conditioning but fan provided. Menu a bit limited. A good hotel and value for money.

  Very comfortable place to stay; certainly the most comfortable bed I've had in an hotel for some time! Staff attentive, friendly and helpful. My first port of call on next trip to Jersey.

  Staff are very efficient and helpful. Rooms are attended to every day, towels changed and toiletries topped up. It's the 2nd time we have stayed here. Very large bed. Entertainment on 1 night each week, would really benefit from more entertainment, lots of people in the lounge bar area, normally its very quiet and people don't stay because it's too quiet.

  Nice hotel a short distance from centre. Walkable but there’s a bus stop right outside. Only one plug in the room, and was a tight squeeze with the extra bed in the room. Was a problem getting our room ready but they gave us a free bottle of fizz for the inconvenience which was nice. Nice indoor pool that was mostly quiet.

  Excellent hotel. Staff couldn't do enough to help us after an awful journey here. Manager Greg was especially amazing. The room exceeded my expectations. Lovely bar area. Didn't use hotel restaurant. Even with a three year old and a disabled 5 year old everything was easy and relaxing. About 20 mins walk to the harbour. Good small pool and spa. Would definitely recomed this hotel. We will be back.
