::This hotel provided good service, making us feel welcome and well-cared for at both breakfast and dinner. However, there were some issues. We stayed on the second floor, directly above the restaurant, and on Friday and Saturday nights, loud music continued until 1am, disrupting our sleep. We had to buy earplugs to help us sleep. On Sunday night, there was no music, possibly because the following day was a bank holiday. Additionally, the bedroom decor was outdated, and the carpet was not very clean. We hope the hotel can address these issues.

::AVOID! Don't come here if you're looking for quiet enjoyment. The restaurant on the main floor plays music well into the evening interrupting any consideration for the guests who don't want to club it all night long. After being promised it was just a one night event we agreed to stay....they lied! Worst "vacation" hotel I've ever stayed at. Would not return and definitely would not recommend. Room is tired and dated. Don't ask for extra coffee pods, that's extra but you really need coffee as you won't get any sleep until 1am/2am. Extremely disappointing experience. There are many other choices in Jersey and far nicer for many reasons. Beware! Go elsewhere!

::Disgusted by Royal Yacht. Second time here. Its very expensive and for myself and my Husband it's a real treat. After Liberation Day celebrations I was told "it's first come first served" for a table at the Bar. We've spent over £2000 in the last year staying here and I will never ever come back. So much for Customer loyalty.

::This is a 4 star hotel. The rooms were spacious and had TV, safe and was nicely decorated in teal, and atmospheric lighting. The bathroom was small, but functional. There's a mini fridge, but it appeared to be locked. There's a buffet breakfast including hot items. The breakfast was well cooked, and you can order your eggs at the counter. The dining staff in particular were very informative, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The hotel has it's own restaurant, but we ate out most of the time. This hotel has a pool and spa for guests. The pool area is very atmospheric. There's a steam room and a sauna. NOTE: as a guest in the hotel, when using the pool and spa area, there's not enough lockers in the changing area so you need to wear your swimming gear, gown and slippers and make your way down to the spa area. The hotel's location is excellent for eating out, walks by the marina, and it's 3 minutes walk from the bus station. I would recommend this hotel.
