  Lovely pub and restaurant. ...we were met with a very friendly welcome and were treated well all through our meals. Eaten here last 2 days, once in the pub downstairs and once in the restaurant upstairs. One member of our party is gluten intolerant and she was looked after well and the advice was very useful. Food excellent, can't wait to eat here again on Thursday. .....will return again and again

  Unimpressed over priced..lacks choice. Very little for price.used to be great

  Really liked the place and I look forward to going back and trying another dish that made me salivate when I smelled it, Stake & caramelized onions sandwich! The place is lovely, really nice area to go for a walk in summer... Great service, good food and a lovely fireplace to warm up next to...
