  UPDATE: The owner of the salon kindly asked me back to resolve some of the issues. He could not have been more friendly - thank you Shaun. I have been going to Toni and Guy salons 10+ years and this may be the worst men’s haircut I’ve had. Firstly not what I had asked for but also left uneven on both sides. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend. (The only reason this review is not 1 star is due to polite reception staff)

  With experience with myself and friends they dont listen to what you want they go with there own creation in mind

  A disastrous experience !! I take shower twice a day and I don't use hair gel , so my hair is really clean . My hair cut started with deep ( more then 60 seconds ) search in my head , probably for lice , I don't know . Even she did not find anything , she showed me a staircase that led underground and invited me there to shampoo me . Probably for extra costs . I refused . Then it started a very slowly and boring hair cutting . After 35 minutes she just finished the sides , and of course they were uneven ( one longer then other with 5-10 mm ! ). When she said she saw no difference , I went crazy and replied . The top was done in the same way . After almost an hour she finished . At home I have seen the oblique lines at the back were uneven with 3-4 mm . Unbelievable ! How much I paid for this tragedy ? 33.60 .

  Very convenient opening hours. Got a haircut long after all the others were finished for the day.
