::Awful service. Went in to buy a pair of Fly London today (£80). The only size 4 available in the shop was the display one (the right shoe had been tried so many times it was loose + leather had scratch marks on). I asked if they could order a new pair for me since they didn't have a new one in my size. The rude 'supervisor' told/yelled to her shop assistant that there is nothing wrong with the display pair and that it cost them £2.50 to order them in - which I find weird as they must order new ones in regularly I would have thought....do they need to pay each time?... Anyway they lost a sale and I'm disappointed I can't get the shoes I want. Will be ordering them online instead. Ps I'm the wide of R Cathcart, before you ask!
