  The worst customer service experience I have ever had! We went in to get a mortgage and booked an appointment. The only appointment they had available was in 2 weeks, so in the weeks leading up to the appointment we asked several questions so we could be well prepared and get everything done once. Turned out we might as well have turned up naked as all the information we were provided was worthless! The person we were meeting with was changed last minute so when we arrived the lady we ended up seeing wasn't even prepared! the documents we had been told to provide were incorrect (passport was required but we were told photo ID). Waste of our lunch hour! We already had approval in principle but all this information we had provided them was lost and we were starting from scratch! No apologies at the end of the day for time wasted. Idiots!

  Usefully friendly and can get stuff done fast
