::Have to call a switchboard just to make an account opening appointment, and their central phone lines leave you on hold forever. Waste of time.

::The phone number I just got off the web for HSBC is wrong. When I got the right one there was a 25 minute queue. I just wanted to call the local branch to make an appointment. It is just not possible practically. I think they are useless.
