::Arrived on time for my appointment. Waited 30 minutes but still hadn't been seen. Unfortunately I had to leave for work. Will give them another try next week!

::This practice is money orientated, patient comes second. Very difficult to be referred to specialist even if results show it. No one say sorry if results get lost. I gave one star for Dr Harris who is lovely person and who cares.

::Occasionally get at ear wax blockage due to having surfers ear. Do regular removal but on occassion overnight heavy wax makes me stone deaf. Happened in the UK called a small practice next day appointment treatment cost £45.00 all good. This practice not helpful. Instructed to visit own doctor ( pay ) get a secondary appointment with this bunch and then pay the £79.95. Not good for a basic ear syringe and very expensive for a simple procedure. Do well to avoid.

::🩺 🤩 I have praise for the Doctors that I have had appointments with Dr C. Bolton who addressed treatment at the hospital for me of which I had been waiting a long time for ( as unknowingly i was removed by hospital admin from the surgical waiting list ) Dr Bolton has a genuine comforting quality without losing the aura of a professional also praise for Dr Budd. Surgery appointments cannot always run to time as some patients may need procedures that happen to take longer so patience is a virtue.I am receiving top treatment here when I needed dreaded blood tests (as my veins hide) Nurse Terri was brilliant and effective resulting in a stressless procedure for me .🌡️👌

::Been with the practice 5 years and never been happy with service. But saw Dr. Harris today and he was a breath of fresh air. He is Knowledge, has a wonderful, kind way with patients, was open to questions and has all round restored some faith in the practice. Thank you Dr. Harris and we'll done!
