::La Place was a 4 day, birthday surprise. Not having been to Jersey before I was unsure what to expect, but I was not disappointed with our stay at La Place. With a flight time from Gatwick of 55 mins, we were checked into our room within 30 mins of landing at Jersey airport. Our room was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated to a high standard from top to bottom, spacious and sumptuously comfortable. The restaurant provides an extensive menu, which we indulged in on more than one occasion while we there, along with numerous cocktails. Staff throughout the hotel couldn't have been any more helpful. On the night of my birthday, the Hotel manager actually dropped us off and collected us from the Oyster Box, fantastic service. One evening before leaving we were seating in front of the log fire and the Owners came and had a drink and a chat. Chatting to them you can really feel their passion for this hotel and it shows throughout. Next time we are in Jersey, I know exactly where to book a room. Thank you!!

::Now this place was perfect for our weekend stay in July 2015. Excellent and friendly service from collection driver to manager. Room was in the new part abd very well appointed. Definitely stay here again!!! Well done. Forgot to mention the pool, cute cocktail bar and lovely breakfasts.
