  Love this Hotel. The food is superb. Very comfortable seating around the hotel. Large chairs and sofas that you sink into. Staff very friendly. You can sit outside for drinks and the view is wonderful overlooking St Brelades Bay.

  The staff is very friendly, the location is perfect and the garden is lovely. The downside to our stay there was our room and the way a complaint was handled by the management. We booked a double room with sea view and balcony. On our last morning, when doors to the other rooms of the exact same category were open, we could see that our room was substantially smaller although we were charged the same. We informed the management and even though admitting that we were correct, they did nothing about it, except noting that next time we would get another room. They claimed rooms could have been changed if we said something on arrival. Obviously, there is nothing to complain about unless you know that you are charged the same for less. This certainly tarnishes the overall impression and it is, to my mind, rather unprofessional to admit that the room was actually a lot smaller than the other rooms of the exact same category and still do nothing about it. Therefore, unless you do not want to be given a rather bad deal, try to avoid to be put in room 71.

  Why do they need to cut the grass every morning at 8.00 am, WiFi OK but could be a lot better, house keeping knocking at door at 8.30am to make up room. Positives, very comfortable beds and pillows, excellent food and brilliant staff! Lovely gardens, clean, and staff efficient, friendly and professional

  We had a most enjoyable holiday here. We asked for a room with a walk in shower as my husband has mobility problems. The staff were very accommodating and also.gave us a table in the dining room next to the buffet The evening dinners were delicious , the rooms were of a high standard and the health club with its swimming pool was first class We will definitely be going back in the future

  Spent a few days here with family. I would definitely go back and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were pleasant our first few nights we had a sea view and on our last night due to a flight delay (fog) we were moved to a non sea facing room.
