  I have given these people 1 star because I could not post a review otherwise. In fact I would give them ZERO ! Do not believe all of the fancy sound bytes and hype on their FB page or web site. I am 65 years old and in my lifetime of experience I have never made a worse decision on choice of Optometrist. Mr Kenny of onespecs has given me the worst optical experience of my life having provided me with spectacles of doubtful quality, everything is totally blurred at less than arms length, and his attitude towards me as his dissatisfied customer is beyond outrageous, reporting my experience to him he actually had the audacity to tell me I am wrong about my blurred vision and even went on to suggest that the real reason I was complaing must be because my wife was unhappy with the price !? I note that a while ago via his FB page, he was looking for a placement for his son so that he could get some good customer service training, I completely understand why Mr Kenny is not able to give his own son some good customer service training himself.
